1. Acceptance
By accessing Latam Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Latam Pulse provides economic data, data-driven analysis, and editorial content covering Latin American markets. Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Free plan: Available to all users — live FX rates, the full data hub and heatmap, and up to 20 Pulse questions per hour.
Pro plan: $9.99/month or $99/year. Includes unlimited Pulse analysis, Pulse country deep-dive reports, FX & rate alerts, CSV exports and the full briefing archive.
Institutional plan: $199/month or $1,990/year. Up to 10 seats, API access, and custom data exports.
Free trial: 7-day trial available for Pro. No credit card required. Trial automatically expires — no charge unless you subscribe.
Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime before renewal to avoid being charged.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime via email to hello@latampulse.org. No cancellation fees.
Refund policy: Full refund within 7 days of initial subscription or any renewal. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Prorated refunds may be offered at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
All content on Latam Pulse — including data-driven articles, data visualizations, and editorial analysis — is owned by Latam Pulse. You may share articles with attribution. You may not republish, scrape, or redistribute content commercially without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
All data and analysis is for informational purposes only. Nothing on Latam Pulse constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. Use at your own risk.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For EU/UK users, mandatory consumer rights under local law are not affected.
